The NYPD watch tower that has left New Yorkers feeling uneasy since being placed in the East Village park last week was finally removed by cops Tuesday morning. "I'm glad to see it's gone," said Chris Tornay, a 47-year-old construction supervisor who has lived in the area for 25 years.
