Slain New Orleans girl, 8, part of New York church's memorial to preteen murder victims

Paris Williams, the 8-year-old girl who stands as New Orleans' youngest murder victim of 2015 , has been commemorated as part of a New York City church's powerful Holy Week installation memorializing preteen gun violence casualties from across the country. Chi Chi Valenti, who splits time as a resident of New Orleans and New York, submitted a photo to NOLA.com The Times-Picayune of the T-shirt placed in Williams' memory on the lawn of the St. Mark's Episcopal Church in The Bowery section of Manhattan's East Village.
