Ryan Serhant, a Nest Seekers International broker and star of "Million Dollar Listing New York," is taking over sales at 277 East 7th Street, a six-unit condo building that has been on the market for approximately two months with no units sold. Serhant told The Real Deal that his team will be taking over the project from Urban Compass' Debra LaChance and rebranding the building as "Seven East Village," kicking off his marketing efforts in the first week of January with a high-profile launch party.
