From the Ashes of Forcella Bowery Rises Espoleta, a Spanish Restaurant With Tapas by Sue Torres

The Spanish revamp of the shuttered pizzeria also marks a return of sorts to the New York dining scene for Sue Torres, a year after she shuttered her popular Chelsea restaurant Suenos. Last night Espoleta, the Spanish replacement for the recently shuttered Forcella Bowery , started serving tapas and more to the public.
