Paris-based Japanese sound artist Ryoji Ikeda features this month as special guest in Times Square's Midnight Moment , the largest coordinated effort in history by the sign operators in Times Square to display synchronized, cutting-edge creative content on electronic billboards and newspaper kiosks throughout Times Square. Thursday night at 11:57 p.m. Ikeda's film "test pattern" will be take over Times Square billboards, turning into a special public/private "silent concert" in the middle of Times Square.
