Alan Cumming's Life Was No Cabaret

When Alan Cumming arrives for brunch at a caf not far from his apartment in Manhattan's East Village, he's wearing a blue baseball cap with a big white yes on the front. It's been almost two weeks since Scotland voted no to separating from the United Kingdom, but Cumming, a Scot who campaigned heavily for the yes side from New York, hasn't quite gotten over the loss.
