Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum was the feature of the Punky Reggae Cocktail Party last Thursday night, at Miss Lily's 7A, the new location in the East Village of Miss Lily's , the Jamaican restaurant that has been a Caribbean outpost on West Houston Street in Soho since 2011.
