B &H Dairy - the kosher hole-in-the-wall eatery in the hipster East Village owned by an Egyptian Muslim and a Catholic Polish couple - had been closed since the tragic Second Ave. gas explosion in March. Friday, the only-in-New-York institution reopened its doors to a line of devoted customers that stretched down the block.
