" Game of Thrones " geeks will find plenty to chew on when L'Apicio hosts a four-course dinner inspired by the popular show and book series next week. The restaurant, on East First Street between Second Avenue and the Bowery, will serve new dishes inspired by the Great Houses of Westeros - the ruling families that often battle for power - at an event on Nov. 18. "I'm just trying to make a menu that maybe they would eat if they were hosting a feast, what they might serve as their main course," said Executive Chef Gabe Thompson.
