Don't know if it solves the mystery of the Craigslist ad , but documents filed with a New York City liquor licensing board indicate a restaurant that will serve "comfort food with a Southern feel specializing in Nashville-style Hot Chicken" aims to open in New York's East Village in a space vacated by an Eastern European diner called Odessa Cafe.
